We are thrilled to invite you to this year’s Davidson Leadership Summit, happening March 18–20, 2025, at The Westin Indianapolis. Kick off the event with an optional opening reception on the evening of Monday, March 17th. Beginning officially Tuesday morning, get ready for two full days of connection, inspiration, and celebration.

 

What’s New This Year?


Following the Summit, we’re introducing dedicated meetings for the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams. These groups will join the leadership summit attendees on Wednesday, March 19th, for the final general session and our spectacular Awards Gala—a perfect opportunity to celebrate achievements together and connect across departments.

Over the course of the Summit, you’ll participate in dynamic sessions, hear from inspiring speakers, and collaborate with peers. This event is about more than just professional growth; it’s a chance to build meaningful connections and honor the incredible work we do together.

As in years past, the leadership summit will conclude following the Wednesday evening gala, with General Managers and other key corporate leaders departing Thursday morning while the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams spend an additional day and half themselves collaborating as teams!
